For an additional charge, we can deliver and collect your bikes and you can start exploring directly from your hotel. Or, if you choose, you may also pick up and drop off your bikes to our location.

We are proud to offer you high quality 21-gear bikes, which are an ideal way to comfortably and safely experience Vienna.

With the tour descriptions and a special map, you are able to easily find your way around the city. Your map will have the routes drawn in and the sights numbered, provided free of charge.

Summary: Tour does not include hotel pickup. Rates are per person and in US dollars. Reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-208-4421. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

We want to encourage tourists to discover Vienna by bike, so we provide Vienna hotels and B&Bs with a bike delivery and pick-up service for their guests.

Bike riding is becoming increasingly popular and one reason is that it has no negative effects on the environment. Another is its definite positive effect on the health of the biker.

Important Notes:

~ We will deliver and pickup the bike for an additional charge. Details provided on your E-Ticket.
~ For children less than 125 cm (about 6 yrs old) we have trailer bikes that attach to the parent's bike, and/or child seats.
~ We recommend helmets for all children.
~ All bikes will be delivered in the best operating condition.
~ Bikes are fitted with locks, so use them! You are liable if the bike or any other equipment is stolen or damaged.
